The Tallahassee Community College District Board of Trustees approved a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the College and the United Faculty of Florida (UFF)-TCC chapter on Monday, February 21, 2022.  The Board’s unanimous vote of approval created the third CBA in the College’s history.

TCC and the UFF began contract negotiations in February 2021. The bargaining process involved multiple negotiation sessions during the past 12 months. The UFF ratified the contract in January 2022.

The full-time faculty, counselors and librarians of TCC voted to unionize on August 4, 2016. This is the third CBA for the College.
