Talent@TCC

Tallahassee Community College’s Student Union Ballroom turns into a nightclub for a few hours each semester. Students get a chance to sing, dance, tell jokes, show their original short videos and just have fun.

 

Talent@TCC is the college’s monthly event that provides students with an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of their peers.

Talent@TCC was formerly called Open Mic and was first started in 1998 by Shauna Smith, former Professor of Speech, who created it as a class project. It continues to be a popular on-campus event.

All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. Dancers, musicians, singers, comedians and artists are invited to sign up to perform.

Tallahassee Civic Chorale presents “Summer In The ’70s”

Join Tallahassee Civic Chorale’s summer concert, “Summer in the ’70s” featuring the individual talents of the Chorale. The concert will be held at Turner Auditorium, Tallahassee Community College.

Civic Chorale: Call for Singers

Open Registration for the Tallahassee Civic Chorale’s fall concert season begins Tuesday, Aug. 22 and continues on Aug. 29 and Sept. 5 in Communications and Humanities Building (Room CH165) at TCC. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and the rehearsal begins promptly at 7 p.m. 

Registration Fees

Students (FSU, FAMU, TCC, and under 18)
$15 per semester

Community Members
$40 per semester
OR
$105 for whole year (fall, spring, summer)

Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
