Financial Aid and Scholarship Days

Join the TCC Financial Aid and Scholarship Department for assistance with completing your 19/20 FAFSA and help with setting up your TCC scholarship account. Your scholarship account will give you access to potential online TCC scholarship applications.

We will be in the lobby outside of the Student Union Ballroom for FAFSA and Scholarship assistance the following dates and times:

November 7                    9 a.m. to noon
November 8                    2 to 5 p.m.
November 9                    9 a.m. to noon
November 14                  9 a.m. to noon
November 15                  2 to 5 p.m.
November 16                  9 a.m. to noon

FAMU Advising Day is back on Wednesday, October 17 in the Student Union Ballroom. Meet with FAMU representatives who can guide you through the transfer process and answer questions about scholarship and financial aid information.

No appointment necessary. Please bring an unofficial transcript, obtained on TCC Passport, to meet with an advisor.

Workforce Development Open House

Welding student working with machineryTCC invites you the Workforce Development Open House.

Interested students and their families are invited to meet with campus representatives to learn more about TCC’s wide array of workforce programs. The College offers trainings that lead to high-wage, high-demand careers that can take a year or less to complete. Programs are offered for people with various needs, including current students, returning adult learners, English language learners, people with disabilities, professional development seekers and those interested in getting their GED. Certain programs also offer flexible scheduling, such as online and night classes, to meet the needs of working individuals.

Attendees will also learn about financial aid and scholarship opportunities. At the end of the event, TCC will hold a drawing for prizes that includes two $500 scholarships to TCC.

Hops & Half Shells 5k Trail Run/Walk

Hops & Half Shells 5k Trail Run/Walk

Explore the beauty and natural surroundings of the Wakulla Environmental Institute, including sink holes, pine scrub forests and a natural land bridge. The exciting course will take participants on various surfaces and over small obstacles. Perfect for trail runners and walkers alike and a great way to spend a morning in the woods.

Race participants will also enjoy free delicious oysters farmed by the WEI’s Oyster Aquaculture program and free local craft beer.

Proceeds from the race will support TCC student scholarships.

The Career Center will be in attendance from 10 a.m. to noon to assist with internship/job preparedness.
