Tallahassee Community College’s Student Union Ballroom turns into a nightclub for a few hours each semester. Students get a chance to sing, dance, tell jokes, show their original short videos and just have fun.

 

Talent@TCC is the college’s monthly event that provides students with an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of their peers.

CooperMorgan Summer Intensives

CooperMorgan Summer Intensives
CooperMorgan Dance Theatre, of Jacksonville, Fl., will be having their Summer Dance Intensive in TCC’s Turner Auditorium. This one of a kind community based program will run July 29 to August 9, with a final 7:30 p.m. performance held at Turner Auditorium. Tickets may be purchased at the Turner Auditorium.
Registration is $30. Tuition is $90 (individual classes are not offered)

4:30 p.m. – Word of South Showcase
5:00 p.m. – Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra
5:30 p.m. – Southern Shakespeare Company
6:00 p.m. – FSU Marching Chiefs
6:30 p.m. – FAMU Showcase
8-10 p.m. – Hocus Pocus Screening

The Experience Tallahassee Festival is a partnership between FSU, TCC and FAMU to welcome students into the community, and demonstrate that Tallahassee is a great place to live, work and play – during and after college

Talent@TCC was formerly called Open Mic and was first started in 1998 by Shauna Smith, former Professor of Speech, who created it as a class project. It continues to be a popular on-campus event.

All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. Dancers, musicians, singers, comedians and artists are invited to sign up to perform.
