IT Help Desk News We are currently experiencing an issue with the TCC Firewall that is causing multiple services to be unavailable. They are: Integrity, Student Admissions Application, New Student Orientation Sessions, VPN, incoming and outgoing phone calls to the Help Desk and Enrollment Call Center and Avaya Workplace. Once the issue has been resolved, we will notify the campus.
