IT Help Desk News Description: The IT Department will be performing systems maintenance on multiple TCC systems during the winter break. The tasks associated with this maintenance will require the systems to be taken offline.
Users Affected: Faculty, Staff & Students
Schedule: December 18, 2019 from 8:00am to 2:00pm
Services: You will be able to access all TCC systems (Office365, Canvas and Workday), from off-campus, except for EagleNet. You will not be able to access any of these systems from on-campus. Please note internet and telephone services will also be unavailable during this time.
