Reduced functionality in Outlook on the web with non-supported browsers

Starting on August 8, 2019, you may encounter issues if you are using a browser that does not meet the minimum browser versions that fully support Outlook on the web. If you see the light version of Outlook (pictured below), this means you’re using an old browser that’s incompatible with Outlook on the web or with the Outlook Web App. For the best experience, please update your browser to the latest version.
