We are pleased to offer new ways to contact the Help Desk and to stay up-to-date on technology issues at the College. In addition to calling, you can now contact us through webchat, Facebook, Twitter and text message. And if you follow us on Facebook and Twitter you will be able to quickly receive important IT updates and information.
On the Help Desk web page at http://askit.tcc.fl.edu there is a new link to “Chat with Us.” Clicking this link will open a window to start a web chat with a member of our staff.
On Facebook, find us @TCCaskIT or search for “tcc askit”. Once on our page you will see a button labelled “Send Message.” Clicking that during our normal business hours will start a Facebook Messenger session with a member of our staff. And if you like and follow us you will see our system and services notifications appear in your newsfeed.
