Update: Changes with Missed Call Alerts

As you are aware, during the testing phase of updating our ESNA voicemail system, the vendor discovered potential problems and had to delay the update.  Those problems have been resolved and we will now update our ESNA voicemail and transcription servers this Thursday night during our standard maintenance window starting at 11:00 PM. 

 

Remember, this update will change the way you receive notifications for missed calls.  Currently, missed call alerts are automatically sent to a sub-folder named "Incoming" within the "Calls" folder.  As part of this update, ESNA will now send these notifications to your "Inbox." 

 

We are aware some of you may prefer these alerts to go to a different folder.  If you would like more information about creating email rules; please visit the link below.
