UPDATE: Changes with Missed Call Alerts

During testing the vendor discovered potential problems with the update.  We have elected to postpone the update until the vendor can resolve these issues.  Once the issues are resolved we will notify the campus of the new scheduled time for the update.

Subject: Changes with Missed Call Alerts

 

During this Thursday’s scheduled IT maintenance window, we will be updating our ESNA voicemail and transcription servers. This upgrade will change the way you receive notifications for missed calls.  Currently, missed call alerts are automatically sent to a sub-folder named "Incoming" within the "Calls" folder.  As part of this update, ESNA will now send these notifications to your "Inbox." 

We are aware some of you may prefer these alerts to go to a different folder.  If you would like more information about creating email rules; please visit the link below.
