As part of our new telephone system, you now have the ability to record an extended absence greeting. An extended absence greeting is used whenever you’ll be away for a period of time and would like to record a new voicemail greeting without erasing your usual one. You can schedule the time and duration of this greeting; so it could be used whenever you are out on vacation, the college is closed, or any other instance your normal voicemail would not apply .
