Additional security for Workday

Good Afternoon,
This is a reminder that on September 18, 2017, the College will be enabling a technology called Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) that will help increase the security of the data stored in Workday. MFA will require that everyone who accesses Workday have, in addition to their username and password, an additional method of identifying who they are (called "authentication").  These methods include a text message to a cell phone, an email message sent to a valid email address, or the use of a free smartphone app.

Along with MFA, we are also happy to introduce Self-Service Password Reset.  This feature will allow you to unlock your account or reset your password without needing to call the Help Desk.
