New Tools Available to Report Suspicious Emails

Good Afternoon,

Over the past few months there has been several attempts by hackers to compromise the College’s information systems. In an effort to combat these attempts, Information Technology has partnered with KnowBe4 to provide all College employees training to understand how to defend both your data, and the systems in which the data resides.

On Monday, August 14th we will be adding a new tool to combat phishing attacks and malicious emails. This tool, Phish Alert, will automatically be added as a button to the Home ribbon of your Outlook Desktop client and Outlook in Office 365. If you receive a suspicious email, simply click the button and an AskIT help ticket will be created.
