TCC Moving away from IAM Cloud

Unfortunately, IAM Cloud has been unable to provide a reliable technology solution for the College.  As a result we have decided to terminate our relationship with them effective at the end of the day on Friday, March 10, 2017.  This means that the authentication (login) screens that you have been seeing will change (and will no longer say IAM Cloud after March 10) and that the the Cloud Drive Mapper product will also cease to work.  One other consequence of the change is that single sign on will also no longer work, meaning you will be asked to log into online services more frequently.  You will receive an email message early next week from IT describing the new ways in which you will have access to your shared files on OneDrive and Sharepoint Online from on- and off-campus and from your desktop computer, classroom computers,  and mobile devices.

In order to make this significant change we will need to perform system maintenance work beginning 8:00 am on Saturday. March 11 and continuing through 8:00am on Monday, March 13 (we chose the start of Spring Break so as to be less disruptive to the community).  During this time your ability to log in to Office365 will be impacted.  This includes Mail, Calendar, OneDrive, Sharepoint (departmental drives), Delve and the MS Office online applications.

We regret the inconvenience that this change may cause.  And we thank you again for the patience that you have shown as we tried (ultimately in vain) to let IAM Cloud fix their software to work for us.
